I like this. I think that it's good for there to be abortion fic alongside full-term fic because it's real. It happens. There should be NO SHAME about it. The character shouldn't have to feel like anything after. There shouldn't be punishment for it. Honestly, I'd like to see acceptance for a decision without everyone shaming whichever character makes that choice. But that's just me.
