1. How are you today, flist/circle? It is the best kind of grey, rainy day here in Nashville- the kind where I don't have to go outside or do anything. Well, I did finish an exam this morning, but I was not required to put on pants to do so. And now I am devoted to not working any more until tomorrow morning.

2. Dear livejournal: did I mention I'm doing some little posts for Three Weeks of Dreamwidth? I did one about being a linguist and one about being kinky, and I may do a couple more before the weeks are out. If you're not into the DW, don't worry- I'll repost them over here when I'm done.

2a. I also wrote another little piece of The Goddamned Genderswap and then LJ IMMEDIATELY DIED. /o\ I'll repost it later, I think.

3. I totally meant to post this entry, but apparently I went to make biscuits and gravy and forgot all about it. Whoops. In my defense, though, they were really, really tasty, because of course I used Paula Deen's recipe. Bacon grease was involved.

Bacon makes everything better!

I keep seeing things about 3 weeks of DW, but have no idea what it's about. Is it just posting once a day for 3 weeks? Is it too late to join in?

It's just a "yay for posting on DW!" fest, basically. People are writing all different kinds of stuff, fannish and otherwise, and posting it only to DW, with the tag threeweeks. And then there's a feed, where you can watch people post stuff- it's a lot of fun, actually!

Good to know! I shall look into it, thanks!
