A caveat: Most of these stories fall on the verbal humiliation end of dirty talk, rather than the playful side (I swear I had a really great House example with back-and-forth dirty talk, but it has disappeared from the face of the internets), so expect elements of D/s, heed warnings at the link, etc.

A strong start! This is probably one of my favorites; Rodney's just so articulate, and it gives the whole story this kind of rhythmic, sinewy feel. And on top of that, it's got smoking kink, which is a personal favorite that just can't be written enough.

Here's a story from a fandom I don't know anything about, but upon reading it you will realize why I totally don't care (Did I mention the tentacles? I feel like they're important). Like the previous entry, what's hot about it for me is how articulate Jack is, while Ianto is squirming and writhing and unable to handle it. This will be a theme.

And what's hot here is that Zelenka, who's doing the dirty talking, is so het up that he can't talk. It interests me how that goes both ways (like Zelenka, amirite?).

And sometimes what's dirty about a story isn't the actual words themselves; it's how they're used in the context they come from. This story is a great example- there are only a couple of lines of dialogue in the whole thing, but what Lex says and when he says it contribute so nicely to the overall rough feel of the story. And what I remember about this story is those lines, more than anything.

So here's a story where the dirty talk is just as instrumental, except it's totally the other direction- Rodney talks pretty much the entire time, and the whole thing really happens in this world that he's spinning out as he's talking. Also? It's really super crazy hot.

wolfshark's prodigious catalogue. Again, this is a story where a lot of other things are going on and Rodney really doesn't talk very much, but what I remember about it more than anything else are the things that Rodney says.

What makes this one particularly hot is that the characterization is dead-on, and the elements of these characters that are drawn out are precisely the ones that make the kink hot. If that makes sense. Also, I just kinda get off on Rodney being bossy.

Why not round out the list with some good, old-fashioned genderswap? Bones is just so nasty in this story. It's great.
