1. Okay, okay, I think I'm caught up replying to comments on Four Blatant Lies; I have officially run out of different ways to say thank you, but thank god I uploaded all those SGA icons. Still many to reply to on Porn Battle stuff. Fuck, but this is an awesome problem to have. (Yes, yes, I'm going to continue to be shocked! at all this feedback for at least, like, a month. Or maybe forever.)

1a. You should still be at the Porn Battle. Why are you not there?

1b. I have already beat my writing goal over there, yay! But somehow I accidentally started another AU verse. Whoops? I'll post a round-up after the week's out.

2. LibraryThing keeps sending me books. I mean, I got exactly one book the whole time I was in California, and now I've pulled on three of the last four batches. It's madness. So, I have to review them- would anybody be interested if I were to crosspost them here? I have some sort of magical realism short stories, a novel about a band that seems like a blacker version of Spinal Tap (as in black comedy, not as in Fear of a Black Hat, which is still a great movie and I don't care who knows it), and a children's book about Jewish traditions. I think all of them except the last are out already. If people are interested, I might post the previous books I reviewed for them (the very lovely Weaving a Way Home and the unintentionally lollarious Any Given Doomsday).

I am taking Pakal to PC Dude today; it will probably cost a billionteen dollars to get him fixed up (I think his motherboard is shot) but I will finally be able to make icons again and start learning to vid. And, y'know, stop relying on Thomas Raith for everything, who, though he is awesome, is only an eee PC 1000 and not cut out for full time duty.

10. Y'all, I feel so blessed this week, as much as a rather cynical atheist can be. I love you guys.
