Desperately seeking players...

Seeking 3 or 5 players for Force Majeure, an original superhero/supervillain RP (to join 3 players already signed on). The game is set in Valeopolis, USA, loosely based on Atlanta (map under construction). This is where most RPs would have a nice little blurb about setting, but we're holding off on that until we get all the characters.
We're looking for either 2 heroes and a villain, or 3 heroes and 2 villains. What we're interested in is characters whose powers work well with and against each other, not overly powerful characters. The idea is that the heroes are a loose confederation, as are the villains. I didn't want to prescribe how this works, as it's really up to each side.
I know this is quite sketchy. We're trying to go for a collaborative effort, so everything's deliberately been left open. So... um.. does it sound sexy to anyone?
